What happens
This is the festa major of Ordino, held on 3, 4, 5 & 6 July 2026.
A village festa major in Andorra follows a recognisable shape: it opens with the pregó and a parade through the streets, and over two or three days the village works through an afternoon dance, a communal dinner in the square and concerts at night. Many also hold a mass and a procession for the village's saint. Giants and big-headed figures come out, and the esbarts dance the valley's traditional dances.
That is what repeats every year and everywhere. The exact programme for this one — the times, the bands, the dinner menu — is published by the parish council a few weeks beforehand, and that is the only place it is confirmed.
